In today’s world there is just so much to keep up with and these little things sometimes just don't cross your mind. As well as a rental property owner you just can't count on some renters to keep things in order. Also a plus for rental owners is that we document every aspect of the inspection/maintenance with the occupant’s signature after every visit.
